Is H1b Visa Transfer/Extension/(L1 to H1) process different?
Please note that H1B Visa transfer/extension and L1 to H1 transfer/conversion involves the same process as filing for a new H1B Visa. The only difference is that most H1B Visa transfer ( except L1 to H1 Transfer) are not counted against the H1B Cap.
HOW CAN WE HELP?

SOME FEATURES OF H1B Visa :
